Mshop strongly recommends that you thoroughly read the purchased documents before using them.
Mshop retains the intellectual property rights to the NDIS pack, which includes all policies, procedures, templates, and forms (collectively referred to as "documents"). Upon purchase, you are granted access to these documents for your internal use, allowing you to copy, edit, and modify them to suit your operations. However, you agree that you shall not:
- Rent, sell, or sublicense these documents;
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy these documents for the purpose of renting, selling, or sublicensing;
- Redistribute the contents of these documents.
These documents are, and will remain, the exclusive property of Mshop. Under no circumstances shall the Mshop copyright sign be removed from any of the documents.
The documents may be provided to the NDIS Commission or an approved quality auditor as part of the registration process. Any legal fees incurred due to the misuse of Mshop's intellectual property will be payable by you or your organisation.
By purchasing this package, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Should any issues arise during the registration process or quality audit due to non-compliant documents, Mshop will address and rectify the problem at no additional cost. Please note that Mshop’s guarantee is excluded if your organisation has not obtained the relevant qualifications, certifications, and experience for the applicable registration groups, or if the contents of our documents are substantially revised in such a way that the NDIS standards are no longer met.
